All Glory.

Wah. Never thought I'd be typing in my blog again. I really got nothing better to do already.
Just got back from INTI-CF Camp 2011. Seek. Still. Surrender. Followed my youth pastor to the camp as he was invited to be the theme speaker.
It was alright. Really good seeing Christians and non-Christians alike coming to the camp. Sharing their views and opinions. Even Christians from so many different denominations came together. It wasn't easy to break through their walls at first. But then the Lord moved powerfully and there were a few who changed their minds (hopefully Haha). Some of the guys shared with me too, about college life, about their personal background, where they come from and all those stuffs. Really good conversing with older students and those who have experienced more in life as it opens your mindset.

Spend 5 minutes a day talking to a child under 6 and a person over 70 everyday. That's a saying I saw somewhere. But its true. Opens your mindset and keeps your views and perspectives more matured and stable. I don't know the proper word. But yeah. You get the point la eh.

Woohoo.

MAY 19 2011

It's been such a long time since I've written in my blog. Too much la this thing. Very lazy to update you know or not.

Anyways. If there're any readers at all. Even one. Then you're lucky. You'll be one of the first people to know that I've got a half scholarship to continue my studies at Taylors College Perth, Australia.
I'll be leaving early July and coming back in December. Probably December. I'll be doing UWAFP (University of Western Australia Foundation Programme) and most likely to have a double major in Economics. My plan is to get a post graduate degree [ie. Ph.D, MBA] in Harvard or London School of Economics. I'll be travelling half the world while I'm only studying.
Well. Wish me luck. With a lot of hard work and perseverance, not forgetting, God, I'm sure it is possible. I really have learnt my mistakes. I've become a better person. Few shoutouts to the Members of Fantastic 4 in my schooling life who are Ivan, Lim and Puvilan. To my best friend till the very end, KENNARD KONG. To my sister, JOANNA KHOO. To my parents, JOSEPH AND JUDY KHOO (BEST PARENTS ALIVE), and to my Anderson Premier Military Band. You guys have been there for me all the while. Shaping and moulding me all the way till I improved. Got so many people I wanna acknowledge especially the one who kicked me in between the legs, the pondans in my church, the DSLR drama queen with 'cute' teeth, and SOOOO MANYY I JUST DON'T KNOW HOW. HAHAHA. THANK YOURSELF LA.
Sheesh I made it sound like a super big award right. I'm dramatic and over the top. Hehehe. Deal with it.

All glory to God.
